Computer Embroidery
Most used form of brand marketing. Computer embroidery machines are computer controlled and specifically engineered for embroidery. Having a hooping or framing system that holds the framed area of fabric taut under the sewing needle and moves it automatically to create a design from a pre-programmed digital embroidery pattern.
Used for: T-shirts, Formal Shirts, Aprons, Towels, Uniforms and Caps.

Screen Printing
Screen-printing is the process whereby a logo or artwork is exposed into a mesh screen, Ink is then placed onto the screen and squeegee pushes the ink through the screen in the areas where the logo/artwork is imposed.
Used for: Fabrics, T-shirts/Shirts, Safety Jackets, Carpets, Wristbands, Bags and more.

Digital Printing
A method of printing from a digital-based image directly to a variety of materials/products. It usually refers to professional printing where small run jobs from desktop publishing and other digital sources are printed using small/large format and/or high-volume laser or inkjet printers.
Used for: Stickers, Labels, Signage, Pens, Lanyards, Caps, T-shirts/Shirts, Safety Jackets, Stainless Steel Mug and more.

Offset/Pad Printing
A printing process that involves ink being transferred from an engraved metal plate as per your logo/artwork onto a product with the use of a pad creating the image on the product.
Used for: Stickers, Labels, Signage, Pens, and Mouse Pads

UV Printing
UV is a form of digital printing that uses Ultra-violet lights to dry or cure the ink as and when it is being printed. This is one of the best methods for brandings that involve a gradation effect and articles that need an edge-to-edge effect.
Used for: Sunglasses, Anti Stress Balls, Anti Stress Cube, PU Notebook, Fidget Spinner, Luggage Tags, Metal Pens and USBs.

Heat Transfer
Here your artwork is digitally printed onto a special vinyl surface that is then placed onto the product and with the use of a heat press machine the image/artwork vinyl is transferred onto the product.
Used for: T-shirts/Shirts, Caps, Safety Jackets and Bags.

Sublimation Printing
A process done by way of full-color printer that is equipped with sublimation inks. The logo/artwork is printed onto a special paper that is then placed onto the product where heat is applied causing the image to transfer from paper to the product.
Used for: Bags, Badges, Desk Sign Holders, Coasters, Mugs, Stainless Steel Bottles, Clocks, Mouse Pads and more.

Doming Epoxy
Doming is used to create a vision of your logo by shaping a raised surface beneath the print. A mould is formed, printed and filled with epoxy that is then hardened to maintain its shape.
Used for: Fidget Spinner, Keychains, Pens.

Laser Cutting
A typical commercial laser for cutting materials involved a motion control system to follow a CNC or G-code of the pattern to be cut onto the material. The focused laser beam is directed at the material, which then either melts, burns, vaporizes away, or is blown away by a jet of gas, leaving an edge with a high-quality surface.
